Monthly: $560.00 plus electricity
Annual: $2,880.00 plus electricity
New Annual Residents: We prefer payment in full. A payment of half at the time of reservation and the second half due upon arrival can be made for an additional administrative fee of $70.00.
Monthly/Weekly reservations require payment of one month/week at the time the reservation is made and the balance is due on or before arrival.
Daily reservations to be paid in full at the time of reservation.
SUMMER SEASON
May 1 – October 31
Daily: $43.00
Weekly: $250.00
Monthly: $525.00 plus electricity
All rates include Cable TV (60 channels). Electricity is billed monthly. We welcome VISA and MasterCard for your convenience. All rates are based on double occupancy, additional guests age 12 years and over, $2.00 per night. Rental begins on reserved date rather than date of arrival. Reservations are guaranteed only for the dates specified as the reservation period. We provide a separate section for people with pets at no additional charge. Maximum two pets per space. Annual, monthly, weekly and daily payments are due per Winter Season schedule.
